As you can imagine, every cleaning we do varies in size and difficulty; therefore a blanket price is not possible! However, in an effort to serve you well, we have all our pricing for our services below so it gives you a better understanding of how we evaluate and quote each project. Residential Window Cleaning
We offer a variety of window cleaning services tailored to different window types. Please note that quotes are provided on-site, but here is a general breakdown of our pricing:
First-floor Average Size Pane: $10 - $12 each (includes interior and exterior cleaning)
Second-floor Average Size Pane: $12 - $14 each (includes interior and exterior cleaning
French Pane: $14 - $20 each (price depends on size)
Please be aware that quotes may increase based on difficulty of access and the level of dirt present on the windows.
Screen Cleaning
If the screens are in good physical condition and need cleaning, we recommend that you proceed with the cleaning process.
Our method involves removing all the screens, wetting them, and then cleaning each one by hand using a soapy cloth.
The cost of cleaning each screen is $2.
Commercial Window Cleaning
Many of our commercial contracts involve a significant number of windows, so we provide on-site quotes for recurring commercial jobs.
Since commercial jobs differ greatly from residential ones, we offer pricing tailored specifically for commercial needs, which does not align with our residential pricing structure.

Service Minimum
Our goal is to serve Grand Island and the surrounding communities with excellence while building lifelong relationships with our clients.
We have a minimum charge of $100 for all our services (excluding storefront services).
Regardless of this minimum, our aim is to ensure you receive maximum value for your investment.
